Raise your hand if finding the right skincare routine seems nearly impossible. I’m right there with you! It can be overwhelming to choose products, which ones you can mix, how many serums, which serums, what works for your skin, what doesn’t, and the list goes on.
I did my fair share of research and found that this is my IDEAL morning skincare routine. I am by no means a skincare professional, just an everyday girl trying to get glowing skin. :)

5 WELLNESS TIPS
Skincare is just as much about what you do for yourself on the inside as it is on the outside—if not more. Here are five wellness tips as a resource for healthy skin.
Vitamins & Supplements
I highly recommend doing your research on what your needs are specifically. I researched which vitamins and supplements I should be focusing on in my early 30s, and this was what I was looking for specifically: magnesium citrate, folic acid, vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin b complex, turmeric, ashwagandha, probiotic, spirulina, beta carotene, vitamin k, biotin, vitamin d, calcium, fish oil, and iron.
Of course, there are countless vitamins and supplements you can focus on from all sources; however, I like using Persona Nutrition or Athletic Greens. I always notice a huge difference in my overall health and well-being when I consistently take my vitamins and supplements.
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Self-explanatory! I like to keep a reusable water bottle handy with me at all times. If you know me personally, you know I carry around my 40 oz. water bottle like it’s attached to me lol. Here are some of my favorite water bottles!
Exercise
Find a couple of different types of workouts you love and look forward to. This is a game-changer in your fitness routine. My current favorites are hot yoga, Solidcore pilates, and daily walks with my dog.
Fresh Air
I quite literally crave warmth and sunshine daily. Prioritize as much time outdoors as you can. For example, I work from home, so I try to sit outside on my laptop and work whenever I can. I also take at least 3 walks/per day with my dog.
An Apple A Day
It may be cliche, but I swear by “eating an apple a day” for so many reasons. Of course, a healthy diet overall will do wonders for your skin; however, I do notice a significant difference when I eat an apple each day.
